This D'youville Trace condo was built in 1985 and 32 years later, in 2017, the only item updated was the toilet in the half bath. When I removed the lids of the toilets in the remaining bathrooms, they were stamped with the words "Manufactured in 1984". This condo required a complete overhaul from the kitchen to every bedroom and bathroom. The 1st rooms tackled were the kitchen and owner's bathroom. The both were completely gutted and updated. The kitchen was updated with gray shaker cabinets, a mosaic herringbone tile backsplash, new countertops, tile floors and new stainless steel appliances. The major changes in the owner's bath included replacing the tub/shower combination with a large walk-in shower, replacing the vanity with 2 new vanities and updating the vanity mirrors and flooring.
The other bathrooms in the home received new tile floors, vanities, toilet and tiled tub surrounds. The home bar area in the living also received a face lift. A fresh coat of paint throughout the entire home brought this update to the finale.
